Primavera P6 software is a great tool for scheduling in any industry, especially construction. It reduces the risk of schedule and cost overrun, helps easily plan and manage project activities, optimizes management of all your resources, and gives clear visibility of what’s going on in the project. With quick and easy forecasting of WBS’s (displayed in the first picture), you can keep track of progress and view past period performance for reporting purposes. There a ton of things to learn from this program, but I mainly, you can easily breakdown projects’ and activities’ structure.
